My Approach
Using a theoretical orientation that is fluid and integrative, I employ cognitive behavioral (CBT), insight-oriented, family systems and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approaches to create our therapeutic process together. With experience rooted in supporting adolescent, young adult and adult who might present with feelings of anxiety, depression, challenges around life stage changes or wanting to explore the many layers of identity work, my approach is always strengths-based and collaborative.
Finding Support
Sometimes, reaching out is the hardest step. Therapy is really about honest conversation and an openness to explore who you are now and who you'd like to become as you evolve.
